Abstract

Agile project management has become a cornerstone for driving innovation and efficiency in software development, particularly in environments where cross-functional collaboration is essential. This paper explores Agile-based project management strategies aimed at enhancing collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams working on software and analytics projects. As teams become increasingly diverse, integrating Agile principles into project workflows fosters better communication, flexibility, and alignment with project goals.
