Optimizing Media Investment and Compliance Monitoring: A Conceptual Framework for Risk-Resilient Advertising Strategy
Abstract
This paper presents a conceptual framework designed to optimize media investment and integrate compliance monitoring within advertising strategies. In the context of an ever-evolving regulatory landscape and the increasing importance of risk management, businesses face challenges in balancing media spend efficiency with legal compliance. The proposed framework addresses these challenges by incorporating risk resilience into decision-making processes, emphasizing the need for continuous compliance monitoring across diverse media platforms. The paper examines internal and external barriers to implementing the framework, including organizational resistance, lack of skilled personnel, evolving regulations, and technological advancements. Practical recommendations for businesses are provided, alongside suggestions for further research into new technologies for compliance monitoring and the long-term impact of risk-resilient advertising strategies. This study underscores the critical need for businesses to align media investment strategies with compliance requirements to mitigate risks and optimize advertising effectiveness in a highly regulated environment.
